My name is Olivia. In May 2026, I got married.
Like most brides, I spent months - sometimes obsessively - planning every detail of my wedding day. The flowers. The venue. The dress. Every moment felt considered, intentional, and exactly right.
But when it came to what I’d wear on my wedding morning, I hit a wall.
I wanted something elegant. Something that felt worthy of the occasion - beautiful in photographs, effortless to wear, and quietly luxurious. Not a novelty robe with “Bride” embroidered across it. Not a fast fashion slip from Amazon. Something that actually reflected how significant that morning felt.
I couldn’t find it. Not in the UK, anyway.
After six months of searching, I ordered something from Australia.
Six months.
That experience stayed with me. Because the wedding morning - the getting ready, the quiet before the ceremony, the photographs with your bridesmaids and your mother - is one of the most emotionally significant parts of the entire day. And for so many brides, what to wear for it is an afterthought.
